UNITED DESPATCH AGENT SDN BHD (UDA) was incorporated by a register of Malaysia Company in 30th MARCH 1982 in Kuala Lumpur as a freight contractor. We commenced business operations with a small efficient staff. By providing conscientious and personal service with competitive rates, we developed a solid client foundation of which many remain clients to this date. Our clientele supported in our freight forwarding, international trading service (which aids our client and supplier in location and assisting one another) thereby expanding our company service into a “TOTAL LOGISTIC PACKAGE” in 1984.
In the same year, we expand our freight forwarding and customs brokerage operation into Penang enabling us to service the growing Penang import and export business community so as to help our network to meet our customer requirements. In early 90’s, we expanded our operation and opened up two more branches which is in Port Klang and Johor.
With continuous development of our overseas agency contracts, we negotiated with and secured various international known freight forwarding agents to exclusively or neutral represent our interest in their respective countries overseas, throughout the major trading center in Asia, Europe, The Orient and United States. Our agent enjoyed well place reputation as international forwarding and bonded by their respective governments.
With continuous support of old and new clientele and agents, we maintained a steady upward growth. We handled shipment out of Malaysia such as electronic component, wearing apparel, telecommunication product and rubber gloves and we adjust ourselves to meet those special requirements from our customers and react with personal attention. We run with “tough” shipment and just “gravy”.
With continuous referrals from our satisfied clientele, UNITED DESPATCH SDN BHD grows stronger, now into our next decade of business activities, we are fully international and become one of the multimodal transport operator (MTO) for Malaysian Government effective 28th Sept 2004

The management of UNITED DESPATCH AGENT SDN BHD is headed by Mr Mohd Alimin bin Saamin as an Executive Director. He involves actively in running the business himself covering planning and daily operational and financial matters. He has more than 20 years working experience in the field of import and export procedures both in airfreight and seafreight forwarding as well as inland transportation.
